- Leader of a 2021 National Blue Ribbon Elementary School and a 2020 ESEA Distinguished Elementary School
- Co-developer & facilitator of the South Dakota Department of Education's 'Good to Great' Teacher Mentoring Program
- Two-time presenter at the National Blue Ribbon School Conference and presenter at the National Making Schools Work Conference, all in Orlando, FL
- Speaker for the South Dakota Telecommunications Association Annual Conference, the Photo Organizers of America membership, and countless education events in South Dakota
